Refund policy
Zoccolo Prints are sustainably packaged and shipped carbon neutral. Prints are professionally packaged with great care in durable, extremely tough tubes and packaging. The tubes and packaging can withstand the roughest journey. However, it the rare case that your print(s) do arrive damaged during shipping, Zoccolo Prints will replace any damaged prints due to shipping. Please reach out to us within 24 hours upon receiving the package to get approved authorization. We do not provide refunds or exchanges due to mishandling.
Examples of damages due to mishandling are:
1). Improper framing
2). Mishandling that results in tearing, bending or puncturing
3). Stains such as oils, dirt or water
